A great website to find Tiles at is Glasstilestore.com. Any type of decorative Tiles can be found here folks. Tiles are backing a come back and are a good solution for a variety of uses and locations. Tiles are impenetrable, easy to clean and are perfect for the several wet places that each house and home include.

I went to a backyard cook out/party a few weeks back at some friend’s house that have a great swimming pool/spa in their backyard. The Tiles that they had around the pool area were magnificent, I just had to ask where they had found it. That is when I was turned onto The Glasstilestore.com that I’m speaking so highly of here today. They have 365 day return policy, free shipping on all orders and accept all the major credit cards as well as Pay Pal, which is always a plus for me.

So if you are interested in the types of Tiles that are available these days, exterior or interior, I would urge you to take a look at their selections. You can find Subway tiles, Glass Tiles, Glass & Stone Tiles, Glass & Metal Tiles, Marble Mosaics, Stone Mosaic Patterns, Roman Glass Tiles, Metal Tiles, Pearl Shell Tiles, Cobblestone Mosaics, Borders, Liners & Deco’s, Closeouts, and various Maintenance Products.

My niece has always wanted a nice bedroom that she can have her friends come over and play in and have sleep overs in as well. She is getting to the age where sleeping on the floor is getting on the uncomfortable side. Sleeping bags have been a big help but a nice soft bed is much more appealing at her age, rightfully so.

With this in mind she is using the Internet to look at her options. She has found some wonderful trundle bunk beds that are nice looking, made of quality materials and are affordable that she has placed on her wish list. Her birthday is coming up and then of course there is Christmas coming up sooner than we would like it to. So the family is thinking about pitching in together and seeing if we can manage to purchase one for her that she will like. It shouldn’t be a problem if we all contribute just a bit for the next couple of weeks, so we could feasibly have it ordered, paid for and delivered by her birthday which is right after Labor Day.

Her grandma is now suggesting that for Christmas we could possibly get her some new bed linens for her new trundle bed, which of course will take two sets of linens, not just one. I’m guessing that new curtains, new accent pillows and some throw rugs will be next on the list!

When my sister announced that she, her husband and their 3 kids were moving all kind of thoughts went through my head, but that was a while back and with the housing market being in such a crisis, the thought of them actually leaving just kind of went and came and life seemed to keep on keeping on. Next thing you know I get an email from her inquiring on the subject of needing boxes to pack all of their belongings into and they are up and moving out west. The San Diego area, Lemon Grove to be exact and the next couple of weeks are going to crazy, chaotic and emotional as well.

They just received an offer on their house and it’s now under control with everything looking good and ready to go by Labor Day. Not the best time to move a family. That is when most schools are just starting or just getting on their way and they have 4 kids that need to re adjust to a new home in a new state and a new school and hopefully making some new friends along the way. They are good kids, very talented, well behaved and very socialized, so they have a lot going for them.

I’ll be there in order to lend a hand in any way that I can with the move. I went online and found a great site to buy moving boxes that I will place an order with tonight after I speak with my sister after work. I need to know if she needs any specialized boxes or just a good variety of the ones that most people use when moving. They have a large variety of moving boxes these days, it is just a matter of knowing what type you need and how many.

I’m all to familiar with issues with folks that have met with unfortunate circumstances taking place that they had not planned for. A good friend of mine just lost her husband, he passed unexpectedly while he was sleeping. If you gotta go that is the way to go, but they had not planned on his untimely passing. He didn’t have any life insurance, nor any funeral arrangements made for this plan that only God knows the details of.

It’s pretty cool that you can go online and find sites like Funeral Agent has in order to take care of all that is needed for funerals and the like. With cremation becoming more popular the cost of a nice funeral can be reduced by a nice chunk of change. They say that the average funeral can run around $6,000. Isn’t that just absurd?

I’m glad that I have taken the time to have my affairs all in order. Since I’m not married and don’t have any children things will be a lot easier in my case. But death never picks a good time to come knocking at your door and one must have things lined up for the people that he leaves behind in this crazy world.

I go through stages in life with the types of vehicles that I purchase and put on the road. Back in the day having a “muscle car” was all the rage. It is still cool to see the amount of muscle cars that can be seen around town especially when the annual parade comes around. That is the time that any type of vehicle that was ever made can be found cruising up and down the streets just waiting for the parade to take place, it’s way cool.

I’ve never been much into chrome but I can see what a nice set of chrome rims could do for a car. They have a grand selection of them these days for just about every type of on and off road. Check out these nice sets that I found online the other other evening at carid.com. Their motto is Define Your Vehicle’s True Identity. With their products that wouldn’t be difficult. They have the best names in the industry to offer for interior and exterior needs at great discount prices for the general public to take advantage of. They are based out of Edison, N.J. but have a great website for any one, any where to utilize.

I used to enjoy watching Dr. Drew’s Celebrity Rehab show that aired for a few seasons last year. It was interesting to see how these different levels of celebrities and artists came together and dealt with detox, drug treatment, alcohol treatment and then on down the road the issue of dealing with sobriety. I do believe that it was one of the better Reality Shows that have been being aired these past years. Dr. Drew ran a good quality alcohol treatment center and drug rehab progrem. I believe that it actually opened up a lot of people’s eyes on the rising problem that a lot of us are dealing with in one way or another.

You can go online and see all of the treatment centers that have been opening up and doing a good business in. There is a great variety of these programs located all across the country that are busy helping people that are coping with drug rehab and alcohol rehab issues. The economy has been a tremendous stress factor in so many people’s lives, so drugs and alcohol abuse always increases when the economy is in the toilet. This isn’t addressing the war’s effect on so many of us, with no end in sight.

Halloween is one of my favorite holidays. After the trick and treaters have come and gone, there are some fantastic parties going on all around town. I love seeing all of the ladies dressed up their wild costumes that they work so hard to put together and accentuate with some of the wildest themes in mind.

I haven’t had a party at my place yet on Halloween. There is just so many other ones going on that I can bounce back and forth and all around to that it is much more fun not having to deal with all the work and time involved in putting on a decent Halloween party. I can concentrate on all of the sexy Halloween costumes that I’m surrounded by. Last year I got phone numbers from a gal in a sexy pirate costume and one from a broad dressed up a sexy cop costume. Even went out a few times with the pirate wench, it was a blast.

She actually belongs to a local pirate club that I’ve heard so much about these past couple of years. She was supposed to take me to one of the events, but we’ve backed off in seeing each other, but who knows, it could happen. Stranger things have been known to happen.

Anyway, this heat has got me thinking about the Fall and then of course Winter will soon follow. Autumn will be nice, not excited about Winter and all that goes along with that. Soon enough it will be Thanksgiving, then Christmas and then yet another new year. 2011 is right around the corner. Looking forward to saying goodbye to the year of 2010 – which will be known as the extreme weather year. We jumped from a wicked, blizzard filled horrendous winter right into summer, never even say one day of spring. Don’t know what a 70 degree day feels like.

We were warned that we could expect a few thunder showers yesterday afternoon, but my god what a storm that turned out to be. I had taken a stroll down to the city flea market, it was an extremely hot and humid day, the vendors were all anxious to leave and get out of the heat. All of a sudden the winds kicked up, big time, the sounds of all of the merchandise being blown over and crashing was as loud as the thunder, with papers & posters flying through the air and numerous canvas tents that most of the vendors use for shade were flying about like balloons.

I made it to my car right as the rains came. I felt bad leaving so many of the vendors in such a state, but I asked a few of them if they needed by help, but they all seemed good to go. I’m sure thousands of dollars were lost yesterday in merchandise, props and equipment, not a profitable one for most of them in the end.

I’m glad to hear and see that Myrtle Beach has made a major come back this year’s summer season. With the Gulf Coast in such a state, due to BP and all of their oil leaking issues, a lot of people are flocking to resorts for golf in Myrtle Beach. There is so much to offer in the Myrtle Beach South Carolina area. I’ve been there many times and have always lucked out on some decent golf packages in Myrtle Beach and am looking into going again, possibly after Labor Day. Besides the fact that the crowds will have dissipated by then, at least for the most part, but hopefully this heat wave will be long gone and over and done with. We are all looking forward to the Fall this year, not so much the Winter!

Anyway I’ve found an awesome website at http://www.ttimesonly.com/ that good information about great prices for the hotel and golf packages. If I had to choose which part of Myrtle Beach I’d prefer, I’d have to say the North side, but there really is so much all over that area that you can get the best of most things all over. A nice cool game of golf sounds like a plan to me.
