I do love my hardwood floors, but I have been experiencing some cold feet during these last few months of cold weather, due to the lack of rugs in the place. I usually have socks on or have my slippers on my feet when at home but sometimes, when in a hurry, I have been known to go bare footed and these floors can get mighty cold, so it is time to start looking for some rugs.

I would like to find some nice area rugs of good quality, at a discounted price, so I am thankful that the Internet has made the task of shopping around for them a much easier task to deal with. The flea market that I go to on occasion has a vendor that almost always a nice selection of rugs, but I’m hesitant to buy from him, in case there is a problem with them, for what ever reason, I don’t think that he would allow me to return them for my money back, so that won’t do. He has been selling rugs there for a good long time and he appears to do a good amount of business there each weekend, people seem to always need some good cheap rugs, and his prices are very reasonable.

I’ve never really paid that much attention to rugs before, never had the need to really, so this is totally a whole new ball game for me, I fear I may be a bit out of my element in this area but I won’t let that discourage me seeing that the Internet is good for researching such issues. Rugs come in so many varieties of shapes, sizes, colors, designs, fabrics and then there is the issue of rug pads, that are necessary, to keep them from slipping and sliding under foot.
