Holiday Volunteer Work, It’s All Good
I have just gotten off of the phone with a long time and most wonderful family friend that is looking for volunteers to spend a couple of hours assisting a local charity group distribute Thanksgiving food to hundreds of low income and needy families tomorrow, after the church services are all over and done with.
I do try to do as much as I can, when I can to help and give back to my community in many ways, and the holiday season always brings a huge need for volunteers for so many different churches, charities and numerous other programs and organizations.
It will be my pleasure to help out tomorrow, they aren’t asking me to get up early on this coming Sunday morning and the weather man states that the weather will not be too awfully bad during the afternoon hours, we shall see though.
