My good friends Donna and David are twisting my arm to come out the Vegas and see them. Usually I won’t think twice about that and I’ll head out to Las Vegas at the drop of a hat. I think Las Vegas is my favorite big city in all of America.
Donna and David moved out there about 6 years ago when she sold her flower shop in Florida and told David that Vegas is where she wanted to live. He didn’t give her any argument – he loves it there, too. They spent about 2 months flying back and forth looking at las vegas luxury homes. They bought a gorgeous home and started up a new franchise business just west of the strip, and they have been living large.
Last time I was out there they took me all over town, showing me the insider spots and we had a grand time. I even won a little cash playing blackjack and have to admit that living in Vegas would be very cool. They tried to temp me into looking at las vegas luxury condos last time, and I think the next time I go out there I might be ready to start planning my own move to Vegas.
There has been a building boom in Vegas for about 8 years, and if I can find the right las vegas strip condos I might be ready to plunk down some cash and order up the moving truck. Of course I would never spend that kind of money without the help of a good realtor. I want someone like Debbie Drummond who knows the market and knows the lenders, so I can get a mortgage and have the right team in place to help me with all the details.
