I decided to use an online birthday party store to create an unforgettable 21st birthday celebration for my best friend. It is a once in a lifetime event, after all! I also ordered 200 regular balloons (complete with a air tank) as well as 50 mylar balloons to fill the ball room. I got strobe lights streamers, and some really cool invitations that were personalized for free!
