Bananas

It’s too bad that bananas don’t stay fresh longer than they do. I try and eat as many fruits and veggies as I can and I do enjoy bananas, but it is frustrating that they turn rotten so soon after purchasing them. I know that you can make a good banana bread with the over ripened ones, but I’m really not into baking much, so a lot of them end up in the compost pile each week.
