Finally A Contract

My brother and his wife have had their house on the market for well over a year now. It has been a very slow and painful process for them. I can’t imagine going through all of what it takes to live in a house while it is up for sale and constantly being shown, and trying to raise a family in it as well.

The good news is that they finally have a contract on the darn thing and it looks like they will actually be making a couple of bucks when all is said and done. Not near enough profit though, but something is better than nothing these days. I hope that the contract goes through with out any outrageous hitches that are well known for rearing their heads at times like this. We will see……..
