My den/office is in need of something new and different, it has been nagging at me and I have now figured that a nice set of wooden blinds might be just what it needs. Window treatments can make a difference in a room and I have always enjoyed the earth tones in my home, and you can’t get much more earthy than wood.
I have done a pretty good job around the place, I’ve taken my time and found things here and there to come up with my own particular likes and peculiarities, for the most part. My den is pretty much just a hodge podge of a room with all kinds of trinkets and bobbles around the place, things that I find interesting and entertaining for a time.
My living room is decent enough looking and comfortable, the kitchen is up to date with modern appliances and cabinetry galore. The master bedroom is handsomely decorated with lots of wood and brass, with nice quality pieces surrounding me during the night.
But the Den does have it’s issues, and since I spend a good amount of time there I need to go ahead and start looking into making it a more pleasant room to be in and to look at.
