I’m so very grateful that I had the money at the time and bought myself a new big flat screen TV for myself last Christmas, 2007. I got a very good deal, and I’ve enjoyed this 55″ piece of technology ever so much. The numerous sporting events that I watch are so much more enjoyable in my living room now and I got a new surround sound DVD & CD Player from an uncle for Christmas this year that I have hooked up and am enjoying immensely.
There are so many types of these HD and Flatscreen TVs these days, many top brand name companies are competing out there for our business and there are plenty of good deals and promotions to go around right now. If and when I purchase a new set, I would definitely do my homework by going to a site like Youreviewelectronics.com, where they offer free HDTV reviews that would aid greatly in researching such a future purchase.
The news is out that Circuit City is definitely closing their doors, bargains are to be found, just don’t fall for buying any extended warranties at this point. I’m going to miss Circuit City, I’ve been a customer there for many years and I’m not sure where I’m going to turn to, if I can’t find what I need online in the future.
